Episode 80 - The Dink Movie Review: Is It Making Fun of Pickleball Players?

Send us Fan Mail

In Episode 80 of Pickleballers Next Door, Mike and Christana are joined by Raymond DeJesus, a fellow pickleball player who shares the court with Mike regularly, to review the pickleball comedy The Dink.

Was the movie celebrating the pickleball community—or making fun of pickleball players and the sport’s biggest stereotypes? We break down the funniest moments, the exaggerated pickleball personalities, and the ongoing rivalry between tennis and pickleball.

We also discuss why some tennis players can seem frustrated, territorial, or even a little snobby as pickleball continues taking over courts across the country. Is the tension really about court space, or are tennis players finally realizing that pickleball is here to stay?

The movie’s ending may say it all: even the skeptical tennis players eventually pick up a paddle and start playing pickleball.

Join us for a fun and honest conversation about The Dink, pickleball culture, tennis-versus-pickleball court battles, and why so many people are becoming addicted to America’s fastest-growing sport.

Hey Chris, Anna. Hi Mike, how are you? We're doing good. You know, this is kind of a fun night.

[00:00:53] I mean, everybody out there, there's so much going on with Pickleball and they came up with this movie, The Dink. Yeah, we both watched it over the week and we thought it'd be kind of a fun episode to just talk about it with somebody that had watched it too. Yeah, I play with people and the funny part is we were, as soon as this movie aired, I went to the courts the next day and we start acting out some of these. You know, where they were making noises, huh, he, huh. And they were making these funny noises on the court. So somebody started it and then all four of us...

[00:01:23] Did you have to act? I thought you'd do that all the time. Well, it probably was normal for my noise, but it, you know, was, it was funny that we all got a kick out of it. It really showed where Pickleball's going. It showed the controversy between, you know, Pickleball and tennis. Yep, yep. And, you know, and then it had a story of, you know, the father and son and there was a love story in there and all ages. I thought it was a great, I thought it was a funny movie and a great movie. It's just... Some great actors.

[00:01:50] Yeah, oh yeah. They made fun of all the Pickleball a little, but that, you know, and then the tennis players were a little snooty, but you know. But I think we're all coming together and I think that the Dink movie was kind of going both ways. They did make fun of us Pickleballers a little bit, like we're goofy. But then it all came around and then all the tennis players were playing Pickleball at the end. It was. You know, that's exactly what happens, right? And if you haven't seen the movie, please go watch it. It's just fun.

[00:02:18] And, I mean, I don't think they were really trying to do anything crazy, but it's just to make a move. I mean, there's already, I think that's the second movie, but this one was pretty funny. Yeah. I know they've done the stars playing Pickleball. They did some funny thing with that, you know. But I think this was just, it was good. That's just, that's how much, I mean, have you watched TV and how many commercials that are selling you like Viagra and everything that if you take that, you play better Pickleball? No.

[00:02:46] Yeah. I haven't tried that, but. Okay, well, you know what, if Mike starts playing better, we know what he's on. We know what I'm on. Yeah. But all these, like you watch these movies or these series and there's Pickleball in almost every movie now. Yeah. It's pretty crazy. That's true. You're right. The hard part to watch with it is that, you know, they don't really play Pickleball because it's so horrible, you know? Some of them. Some of them. Some of them do, but yeah. Yeah, but, you know, but it's funny. And then we watch a lot of those.

[00:03:14] So, oops, sorry, everybody. Sorry, sorry. That was Mike again. That was me. But anyway, we just wanted to say hello and just do something funny. And we thought this was, everybody's talking about it. We brought on, I brought a player on that. He was one of the guys out there. We were talking about the dink. So, we're bringing on Raymond De Jesus on and you'll be hearing him about how he liked the movie and his take on it.

[00:03:40] It is. And what a great guy. He's so fun. And the group we play with that I play with in the mornings, they're just a good group of people. And you'll hear a little bit more about that. So, well, stay tuned. If you haven't watched the dink, go and watch the dink. And we might have some more controversy about it. I'd like to hear some more from other people. So, DM us what you think. I think, you know, it's easy to be the Pickleballer and take it kind of offense a little bit. Like, because we're serious. We love our sport.

[00:04:06] And we're the only sport in the world that anybody can play. So, and can start, as they say, within an hour. Yeah, you play within an hour. But I want to see somebody come on within an hour and just start being a 5-0. Start kicking ass about that. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. You can hit the ball in an hour and you're going to hit out and you're going to get whacked and you're going to hit the net and you're going to miss serves. But you can have fun still. So, I guess in an hour, you can already meet free people and build a community around you and have a lot of fun. Definitely. Stay tuned.

[00:04:35] Stay tuned. The dink's coming from the Pickleballers next door. Thank you guys. Thank you. Bye.

[00:05:16] Pickleballers next door. Come in. Yeah. Yeah. I was getting cut off. Sorry. Sorry. Yeah. That was Mike again. He doesn't know how to work a phone. Yeah. That's probably me. Yeah. You know, he barely knows how to play pickleball, but you know, you know that, right? He's great. He's great. Yeah. Tell her to tell her what it is. Yeah. I'm good. Oh, wow. I keep on hitting his slam. Yes. I'm called the hammer. Yeah. He's the hammer.

[00:05:46] Yeah. He's the hammer. Yeah. He's the hammer. How long have you played with him? Like, is it almost a year already? A year? Yeah. We've been playing a while. Yeah. Yeah. And you actually talked to him still. Wow. Yeah. Oh, that's nice. No, but I've been playing pickleball like five years ago. Like that. Yeah. You're good. You are a lot of fun. A lot of fun to play.

[00:06:11] So Raymond. So your full name is Raymond. How do you say your last name? The Jesus. D-E-J-E-S-U-S. Okay. Oh, nice. And so you've been playing with Mike for about five years? Well, no, about a year. He's been playing five years. Oh, you've been playing five years here in Colorado? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. And where do you mostly play? Oh, yeah. Highland Hills here. Mack. In Westminster.

[00:06:41] Sometimes I do indoor, which is at City Park. You know, that. So. It's a lot of fun. We have a good time. It's a good group of people. The people we play with, they're just, you never know what you're going to get. Some days it's good. Some days it's bad, but it's a lot of fun. Exactly. Nobody cries. Nobody's mad. I mean, I guess there's a couple grumps. I could, I'm not going to name names, but there's a couple grumps, you know. Yeah. No names on this. Everybody's smiling, even though, you know, you got defeated.

[00:07:08] You know, it's fun. I came here for socials not to be competitive. Yeah. That's the idea. So we were going to do, we want to do the podcast on the movie Dink because, you know, it's kind of controversial because, you know, the tennis players and the pickleball players, right? You know? So what did you think of the movie yourself? What was your opinion? Well, I saw the other movie, the pickleball. And then this one, the Dink.

[00:07:36] So far, this is far much better than the previous pickleball movie that I had seen. Yeah. I think they did a good job. I think they're trying to tell us that, you know, I think the tennis players are trying to understand that we're taking over the world. Correct. Correct. And you saw that, right, in the movie? That's what was happening? Yes. Yes. Because when Ed Harris was talking to his son, or to the group rather, you know,

[00:08:05] there's a small group of people, tennis association. He was showing the, you know, how some tennis courts are being converted into pickleball. And then later on, it's total domination. Yeah. So, well, and the only thing that I felt like they were kind of making fun of us a little bit, like there was some, you know, when they were showing the courts and everybody was screaming and they were just, they kind of, you know, I wish they would have taken it to a real pickleball facility outside,

[00:08:32] like ours, because I have never seen some of the things that they were doing in the movie that we do. And I know it's a movie, so they got to make it funny. But I kind of felt like they were kind of picking at us a little bit. Did you feel that, Raymond? Yeah. I almost have the same thing, you know, almost the same feeling too, that they're trying to point out, you know, this is kind of like, you know, what's the term that they use about pickleball then?

[00:09:02] Yeah. You know. Yeah. Well, they were, our clothes are funny. We make funny sounds. We move. We high five people. Like, we have fun. I mean, I don't see what there's anything wrong with having fun. You know, I know that tennis is, you know, the bad part with tennis is I bet there would be a lot more tennis people playing tennis if they didn't make it so exclusive. You know, you have to be part of these big social clubs. Correct. These membership places. There would probably be more people playing tennis.

[00:09:31] And the point of entry for pickleball is a lot cheaper for people to get in. You can go to these outdoor courts. I mean. Well, and then they said in the movie, they're like, what sport? If you can learn something in an hour, then that's not a sport. Come on. Exactly. Yeah. Exactly. Come play. I'm the true hammer. My nickname is the hammer. And you know how hard I hit the ball. You're going to start putting that on your plate? Yeah. I am the hammer. I mean, when I hit the ball. If they hit the ball. Yeah. If you hit the ball high to me, you better. It's good night. Good night.

[00:10:01] Well, you know, it was kind of funny how they had where he came in, you know, with a group of women at the beginning. Try to hit that ball really hard. Try to hit that ball really hard and hit the net. Get frustrated. And it's just kind of funny how I think a lot of tennis players assume that they will know how to play and instantly play it good. No, they still have to learn. Yeah. There's still rules.

[00:10:30] The talking point also that I could say is that, you know, the problems that they put, you know, like Court 16, I think, you know, the problems that they have in that court. Yes. Were the saving graces, you know, at the last game. Yes.

[00:10:48] So they converted, you know, the disability of the court into a winning factor on pickleball, which is kind of like hyping up that pickleball is really great compared to tennis because it was playing against Andy Roddick. Yes. During that time. Yes. Yes. Yes. Do you remember that? Oh, yeah. The water. Oh, the water. Yeah. The broken court. Oh, yeah. The fence. Yeah. So, I mean, he used it for his advantage.

[00:11:16] And, but, you know, and it still showed like they put us away on Court 16, right? There was a couple of pickleball courts and the rest was, you know, not, it was all tennis. You know, even the way, even the way when the lady came over in the beginning of the movie and she's talking to him like, hey, my ball came over and he throws the ball. Yeah. Like out of the court. Yeah. And wants to kick her out, you know, and it's like, that's just the way I, I feel like us as pickleballers, we accept anybody that walks on the court.

[00:11:44] You know, if you walk on and you want to play good or bad, new or old, young, we're going to have you in, you know, and it's at that point if you want to, you know, be friendly and have fun because we are going to do that. And I think with the tennis players, it feels like if you're not a pro, you can't play with them, you know? Correct. Correct. Yeah. Correct. Yeah. Yeah. Well, yeah, I played tennis before too in college.

[00:12:07] And that is usually the feeling that when I compare my experience with pickleball, you know, when you play tennis, as if you have a certain cohort or, you know, that you play with. But, you know, unlike pickleball, you just go in, play with the people and you feel welcome. That aura. Yeah. Yeah. I think it's what group you're part of, like our morning group, which thanks to Norm. Norm is awesome. He put this group together. He comes in the morning.

[00:12:36] This gentleman, Norm, I just have to shout out to him. He comes with a blower and gets there before everybody else, blows the courts off, makes sure they're ready to go for all of us to play. And then every day he makes sure everybody's, he's telling everybody where we're going to play and everybody shows up. He coordinates everything. He coordinates everything, but there's nothing in his text, like some places that I play that you've got to be a three, five or four. Oh, and you know, you better be good. And because I play at some places that are not fun.

[00:13:06] I like to play for the challenge, but they're not fun. I don't leave there with a happy face. So. Or they will ask you, what is your duper? Yeah. What's your duper? And I said, I don't have, I don't need a duper. Just play me. You know, that's kind of funny that they didn't have anything in that movie about. Like the duper or what level you were at at pickleball. Yeah. Yeah. There was nothing. Yeah. Nothing about it. Well, they just, they wanted to make us look silly. And, and, and I'll say this. That's fun.

[00:13:35] It was a funny, and it was a funny movie, but we're the only fastest growing sport in the world. And we have every age from kids to seniors playing all over the world. So, I mean, you name a sport that you can do that. There's not one. No, no. No. And are there a lot more injuries in pickleball? There's more injuries. That's because it's growing so fast. Yeah. And, and, and I have to say this, and by being a podcaster and being part of pickleball now,

[00:14:02] I think the injuries are the fact that there's a lot of people that didn't play in sports and do sports before. And, and there's some bad things about our sport with pickleball. Our warmup is getting up to a net and hitting a ball over a couple of times and then going a hundred miles an hour. And not everybody stretches. No. And I'm bad at that too. Yeah. And also everything is just supposed to be, you know, dinking is part of it and it's becoming more like a, like a smash and. Yeah. Smash, smash ball and banging.

[00:14:31] And the funny part, they called the movie the dink and there's no dinking, you know, that's the funny part. It's at the end there, right? Oh, there's a, it's only the end. The winning shot. The winning shot. Which is usually, isn't a dink usually the winning score anyways, because you kind of got it right over the net and people weren't expecting it. The truth of it is when you watch the pros and I'll just say this, that we've been a lot of pro-ams and different things, you know, PPAs and APPs.

[00:14:58] And, and when you go there, the win, a lot of winning shots come from the dinking and resets. That's really where it's at. They're waiting for somebody to make a fault, you know, and, and then you win. It's not this, the game we're playing now. And I think it's a level from three, five to four Oh is how hard can I hit that ball and keep it in the court? I mean, exactly. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, and even we're older group of people, like I'm the young guy, I'm pretty young there, but I'm just kidding. Yeah.

[00:15:28] Hey, don't be laughing at me. Raymond's laughing. Yep. See, so, but I think that they, uh, even in our group of older people, we're hitting that ball pretty hard. So there isn't much dinking. I mean, we even get all excited when there's a little dink rowl, like, Oh my gosh, did we just dink? You know? And I can't say anything.

[00:15:52] You know, we have, if we have a player on a Tuesday morning, um, and you know, it's okay for me to mention his name, you know, like a shout out that, uh, Wayne is the name of the person. He loves to dink and he is 80 plus. Yeah. Isn't that crazy? And I, that's, I did notice as you go to, we work with a, the pros, um, you know, the senior pros and the Divera Connicks.

[00:16:19] And they, when you go watch, they do do more, a lot more dinking, more consistency, more setting the ball where they want. And he wins, he wins a lot of shots on his dinks. Well, Kyle Yates does dinking. Does he hit down? I mean, you know, you watch him do that. I just think there's a thing in between three, five and four Oh, that we just all of a sudden know that we can hit the ball a little harder and we want to, right? I get psycho about it. That's why they call me the hammer.

[00:16:48] So I just, when that ball goes high, I don't know what happens to me. I just lose everything. You're like a little puppy with a ball. I am. It's true. It's true. But Raymond, Raymond plays a nice game. Raymond plays both. He plays a nice game. He'll hold you. He positions the ball. I mean, he does a really good job. I mean, that's right. Yeah. Well, what made you get into pickleball? Me? Yeah. How'd you start?

[00:17:18] I was invited to play because I used to play tennis before, but when we moved from New York to come here to Colorado, I was doing biking and I didn't have any like sports like this, you know, pickleball. But when I learned how to play pickleball, I attended those skills and drills. Oh, I said, oh, this is fun. And, you know, the crowd is kind of like, oh, they're not young, but it's playable.

[00:17:45] So, you know, my love of tennis when I was still in college and high school, you know, came back. And then from here, it's like what they call this. It's in between tennis and ping pong. So, that's why, you know, I got engrossed with the sports. Well, it's addicting. I mean, I can't get enough of it. I mean, I keep telling myself I'm only going to four days a week and I'm there every day waiting for someone to pull up so I can play.

[00:18:15] And I love our early morning. It's the best time to play in the world. We play at 630 to nine or a little later, some people. But I mean, it's the best time in the world. Then you get to start your day. But I already played pickleball. Oh, definitely. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So, if you were to rate the dink from a one to ten, ten being, you know, the best and one being the least, where would you rate this movie at?

[00:18:39] I can say that I can rate it based on my other movie, you know, that I saw. This might be like, I can put it at like an eight. Nice. I think it was good. But they made it fun. And I guess when you play the sport, I mean, you know, I just, I wish, I mean, and I know it's a movie, but it's hard when you're watching a movie and you have so much compassion for this. I mean, I have a lot of compassion.

[00:19:06] I have a podcast, me and my partner here, and travel around the United States playing pickleball and meeting people. So, when they kind of make fun of me, I'm actually going to want to go get some crazy clothes and start to wear them just so that maybe I should. And maybe I should make some weird noises. So, you do. And remember, too, also, the movie is also touching emotion. True. Between the father and the son. True. Because the son was not being accepted by the father, you know, like that. Yeah.

[00:19:33] And then towards the end, there is what you call this like a bonding, you know, between the father and the son. So, it's the end. Yeah. Well, and then I thought it was funny because then at the end, he's the GM of pickleball, right? And he walks around and he's seeing his dad playing pickleball, which was kind of ironic, right? Yeah, correct. That's a good question. And actually, like, he hated it so much.

[00:20:03] But then when he tried it, right, he liked it. And I think that's the biggest thing with tennis players. They feel like they don't want to try because they won't like it. And once you do, you'll end up being a pickleball player. Well, and they should. I mean, if you really look at some of the pros, some of the top players in the world are ex-tennis players. So, I mean, at the end of the day, they do make, when they get good, they come in fast. So, I mean, they level up so fast because they already know how to hit a ball and they

[00:20:33] know how to put top spin and they hit hard. I mean, you can tell right away when you know there's a tennis player on the court because they stay back and they hit the ball like as hard as they can across the court. And they play, they want to play the back end of the court. And then when you dink, they look at you like, what are you doing? You know? Right. But they become very good very fast. Yeah. And then another thing that, you know, that couple, you know, the one wearing printed shirt.

[00:21:00] That's one way of saying that in pickleball, you can wear anything you want to wear. Yes. You know, there's a couple there. Yeah. Yeah. I think we should start, me and you, Raymond, should get some outfits and start wearing them. Yeah, exactly. That would be fun. It would be fun. You know, and that's. Yeah. Printed shirt. Yeah. I forget. They were asking, are you a couple or. Oh yeah, that's right. Are you sister? Are you. Yes. Yes. That was funny. And were there a couple?

[00:21:29] They said we're partners. Okay. So he says, we're not going to talk about that anymore. That was funny. Yeah. Well. But the one that I'm talking about is the attire, you know, in pickleball, you are not judged by what you wear. No. You know, and you are in tennis, I think, because it does kind of have more of a standard on. You should be wearing this kind of like golf. Yeah. Really? Yeah. You can get. I have some goofy golf clothes so that can, you can have some fun, but if you get serious

[00:21:58] golf, no, you have to. There's certain there's dress codes at a lot of the high end golf clubs, golf memberships. Yeah. So even the tennis, I mean, most of it used to all be white. They only wore white. You had to wear white. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Now they have, you know, some of the pros have brought in some colors, but I mean, it's still pretty plain, but we're heading there. I mean, pickleball is, I mean, we are, we have millionaires being made in pickleball now. We have people all over the world. I mean, it's playing all over. I mean, the other countries are coming in.

[00:22:27] It's crazy. Like Southeast Asia. Oh my gosh. To tell you the truth, Southeast Asia, it's really like total domination. It is. I mean, and they're playing to win. You know, if you will ask me where I came from, I came from the Philippines, you know, that's my route. And they didn't know anything about pickleball, but when they started promoting it in Southeast Asia, it's also domination. Everything is like pickleball, even in the rooftop.

[00:22:56] You can see they're converting pickleball. Yeah. I watched some of their facilities where they're training. It's crazy. Like they will do the same. It's kind of reminds me when everybody did some kind of martial arts. I did Taekwondo. Right. And you do front kick, front kick, front kick, and they will do, you know, backhand, backhand, backhand, backhand. I mean, well, they're getting ready. Repetitive. The Olympics are right here. We're right here to go to the Olympics. Yeah. You know?

[00:23:22] So I think that a lot of countries are getting ready to jump in on that too. So, Raymond, do you actually play tennis anymore? No. I have a tennis racket here in the house, but no, I haven't touched it. Yes, because it's not so fun, right? I mean, it's not as fun. No, it's not fun. It's, I like, you know, and, and like, for example, like that norm, you know, the group of norm, the one that we have. Yes. Yes.

[00:23:49] I see it more of like a family, laughing together, playing together, you know, enjoying each other's company. Yeah. We'll have, we'll have six courts, eight courts going sometimes on Friday. It's full. In the morning? Yeah. In the morning. There is courts. People are waiting outside to get in on a thing. Are you guys all levels? Are you all the same level? You know, it's a, it's a lot of everybody, I think. And that's, what's neat with our group is we will, we will, you have to play with everybody. There's not, you don't get to pick who you want to play.

[00:24:19] There's a few grumpy. Kind of like a round little robin thing. And we have a couple, we have some young guys that show up, like myself, you know, in the thirties. Yeah. And, uh, oh, sorry. We got to throw in some jokes. Yeah. Sorry. Yeah. Well, anyway, but there's some young guys that show up. There's some young ladies that come. We have older people. We have, it's, it's a little of everything. So I love, that's what I love about this group. There's nobody. I mean, if you don't want to come, this is a fun group.

[00:24:47] If you're, if you're just too sassy and mean, and you want to just play to win, probably not the right place to come. Cause Norm's done a great job of keeping this really fun and having a fun time. Correct. Correct. I agree with that. But, and I think all pickleball should be that way. I think anywhere you go, you should be able to play and nobody should be telling you that you, you know, you're not, or I just get tired too. When people start to tell you how to play too. Right. I never, I teach, I'm here tonight at the Inverness Hilton in Denver.

[00:25:16] I'm a pro here and I teach people how to play pickleball and I don't go, I, I, that's where I teach people. But when you never hear me tell anybody, Hey Raymond, step up to the line, run, go forward, hit the ball. I just laugh and Hey, good hit, bad hit. Oh, well, you know? So I think people do. I don't mind. And I, you know, I'm sometimes, you know, I don't mind to be coached. Sure. It's not a matter of I'm taking it negatively, but you know, it's like, uh, if I'm making

[00:25:42] mistake, you know, you can tell me what, and then I'm getting, I'm accepting it positively. Yeah. It's not something that I will hold grudge on you after this. No, it's not. Yeah. That's how we play there in, in our group. It's really fun. Well, I think we should do, I think our group is so great that we need to have the Dink 2 movie come from us. Like this will show real people. I think I need to make some phone calls. Ben Stiller for that. Yeah. I think, yeah. Get Ben Stiller in here.

[00:26:11] And, uh, he was funny too. Oh, I, I, what was the, um, the website that he was saying? It was so funny. Yeah. Uh, being a doctor. Yeah. And then the funny part was when this made the tennis people. Now they did do, do a couple of good digs on the tennis people. So he writes them a prescription. He takes it to the pharmacy and it says pickleball. Play pickleball. Exactly. Yeah. I remember that. And the guy goes, is this a joke? Are you joking with me? And then he, so he calls them and he's like, are you at that?

[00:26:39] Did you really go to the, no, that was funny. So I, there was a few. That'd be something you would do. I would probably do that. Yeah. But I, I mean, I think if people that have any kind of, you know, a little bit of health or any kind of health or mental health, pickleball is a place to go. That's going to open up your world. Like it just gives you life. And in, in five minutes, you have a friend. And if you don't have friends, you come here from another state and you don't know anybody, just go join somewhere. Open play.

[00:27:10] Open play. Yeah. Open play. Yeah. You can just walk in. That's one thing I like really. You, the open play. You just walk in with your paddle there. And they will not say, Hey, you're not part of the group. Go move. No, maybe for the hammer. If they see the hammer coming in, when the hammer walks in, they run out the court when they see you, Mike. Yeah. When you see the hammer. Oh, I have to separate away. I have to stay away from the hammer. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Um, what was his name? He's the tenant.

[00:27:39] I'm terrible with names, but he comes, he hasn't played with us for a while, but he played tennis and he's really good. Um, he's market. No, not Marcus market. He has other friends. Bill. Yes. Bill. Yes. And he, he's the one that started that. He started telling everybody the hammer. And when I'd walk in, everybody's like the hammer's here. And I would be so embarrassed, but it was funny. But, uh, I never realized I hit the ball that hard, but when it comes high, I'm on it. I don't know what happens. And now all of a sudden I like, I put my hands over my face and I'm like, Oh no, it's coming.

[00:28:09] Hammer's coming. Yeah. I want to get the hammer tattoo now. I seen that on his arm. That would be funny. Well, didn't she say, is that a duck? Yes. Yes. That Daffy duck. That was funny. Well, and it's something else was funny is that he fell in love with pickleball that he ended up falling for his partner, which was very much older, which was kind of a, you know, so it's, it's, you know, so you never know. You can, maybe me and Raymond, I'll be, I'll be looking at Raymond and I'll be like, hi Raymond, you want to go to dinner? Yeah.

[00:28:41] Watch out. Watch out. Raymond. Yeah. I'm not there to protect you, Raymond. Just remember in pickleball, they all, that I think the emphasis there is that H doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. And I think that was the big part of it. It didn't matter at all. So, well, Raymond, I thank you so much for being on our show. Thank you. It was nice. And I love you as a friend and playing pickleball with you. So yeah, I'll see you tomorrow. I'll see you. I'll see you tomorrow. Bright and early. Thank you, Raymond. Okay. Okay. Bye-bye. Thank you, Raymond. Bye-bye.
