[00:01:13] All right, when I'm playing pickleball and I need a drink and I need to stop those cramping calves and thighs and quads and cramping whatever, I go to holyperformance.com, get some hydration, outstanding flavors, not too salty like a lot of the other brands, amazing flavors, great prices. They have a whole system. Go to holyperformance.com. Freaking delicious. Thank you for tuning in. My name is Greg. I'm Mike.
[00:01:42] And I'm Christana Elliott. And we are the Pickleballers next week. There we go. Hello. Hi, I'm Chris Anna and this is Mike and we are here with Macy Neely. Hello. Hi, how are you? So good. How are you guys doing? Well, we're getting this cord in. Yeah, I'm so excited. I was watching out my window and I'm so stoked. You get a podcaster and an installer. I know. Right? That's what we do. I love that. It's amazing. I got to be careful what I promise Scott. Yeah, truly, truly.
[00:02:10] You want to do a podcast. Yeah, that sounds good. Let's go. Right? Yeah. But there's a little work you have to do. I know, you do a lot of work, Mike. You guys are devoted. I love it. I love it, love it. So tell us a little bit about this pickleball court that you've got here. It's so funny because when we were doing our backyard, I was like, we're just not going to put a lot of money into it. Keep it basic. Keep it simple. Right? This is not a forever home. Once we got started, I was like, you know what? I'm like, now I think I need a pickleball court. I love it. I'm like, let's do it.
[00:02:40] So like, I don't know. I just really started liking pickleball because I'm a tennis player. So I was like, I need a court in my yard because then I can teach my daughter tennis on it too. That's great. And then it's just like fun. Like we play with our neighbors. Like we'll just go to each other's houses and play and like let the kids play in the yards. I'm like, this is so perfect. I'm like so excited to host here now. Yeah. So good. Yeah. Who has a pickleball court in their yard? You know? Not many people. I know. And if they do, they're not like legit courts like this. This is legit. This is legit. It looks so good. What do you think about it?
[00:03:09] I know. I am like blown away. Right? I'm like looking out my window. I'm like, dang. Down the stairs and here you are, right? I know. I couldn't wait to come see it. It looks so good. And I feel like it matches the overall like aesthetic of the yard. So I'm so happy that we chose green. It looks good. Oh, this is beautiful. Yeah. And I love the colors. Yeah. The colors go so well with the yard. So it's perfect. I think you're kind of go to the tennis. Cause that's kind of in the tennis. It is. I was thinking. Tennis tones like growing up, it was like two different shades of green or they have like the blue and green. Yeah. I was kind of like, that's what it was. Originally.
[00:03:38] I was like, let's do all black court because I love like the look of like black aesthetic and stuff. And so, but then they're like, that's going to be way too hot. It's going to be really hot. You're going to feel like you're. Oh yeah. Yeah, it is. So I'm so glad we did a green. It just looks more natural. So good. That's all right. We got honey over there. Make it. Protecting your. Yeah. She's enjoying the court as well. I think you're going to have to put up some fences though, you know, all the way around cause you're going to look out back and there's going to be people playing pickleball. No. No. You're going to have to have cameras like this, right?
[00:04:09] No, I do have a camera there. Good. We're going in back there as well. I, you guys, I'm paranoid. So I like having cameras around. You should. It's being careful. Yeah. Pickleballers are crazy. You don't know if they see a court, they're pulling over. They're just coming. Yeah. I'm going to have to put like some barbed wire on my head. Exactly. Exactly. How'd you get in it? Sorry. How did I get into pickleball? Yeah. Um, I think just like the tennis background and then like my sister, we're, we're a tennis family. So both my sisters were D1 tennis players.
[00:04:37] I was just kind of next in line and I'm the baby of the family. And so now that we're kind of washed up athletes, it's like pickleball is the new thing and everyone's playing and it's easy. And like, I, the thing that I like about it is that anyone can play like me and my husband can go out there and like have a good rally and like have fun. Whereas I couldn't go out there and play tennis with him. No. So it would just not be very good and it's not fun for me. So I like this cause it's fun for me. And I, I'm pretty good naturally from tennis, but I'm not like amazing. So it's still like a challenge. So I like that. Oh yeah. And you have tennis players that come in and put pickleball or do, do really well. They do really well.
[00:05:06] One of my former teammates is actually pro. I think she's top 10 actually. So I'm like, okay, like I want to do that. So now I'm kind of like, should I switch careers? Are you going to compete? I mean, I don't know if I get good enough, I would, because I don't want to go out and compete and lose cause I'm competitive. So I'm like, I need to get better. And then maybe we'll see, like give me like six months of devotion, which I don't have time right now, but like when I have the court, I'm like, give me six months, six to a year and maybe I'll be out there playing some pro. We'll come back out and talk to you about it. Right? So fun.
[00:05:35] I think we just need to get you a ball machine here. That way you really get going. I was on Amazon already. Oh, it's already on the way. Yeah. It's going to be ordered. I need a whole basket of balls. Like I'm getting into tennis gear, but for pickleball. Oh yeah. Yeah. That's how you get good. I mean, you can play, but if you're not, if you're not working, you know, practicing, you got to practice. You do. What was hard for me in the beginning is like, do I use the same grips as tennis? Like I was kind of confused. Like I was using my forehand grip on like my pickleball forehand.
[00:06:04] I was like, this is kind of not it. So I switched to continental for the forehand. And it helped a lot, but I still like, I was doing one handed backhand. So I couldn't hit it as hard. So I just started doing my two handed backhand. I'm like, this is better. Those are the best. Yeah. Like have learned over time. Granted, I haven't played in like a year because I just had a baby. So yeah. Congratulations. Thank you. Thank you so much. Beautiful baby. We got to see that. Oh my gosh. The best. But I'm excited to get out there and play again, but you kind of learn, at least as a tennis player, you kind of learn as you go, like what works for you
[00:06:33] with pickleball and like what doesn't. So I'm slowly, or I was slowly figuring that out and I've got to get back into it. Yeah. Well, how nice. You grab a cup of coffee. Yep. And you're at your court. Exactly. And then I walked down the stairs, walked down three stairs and I got a court right there. But now I have no excuses, you guys. That's it. I can't have no excuses. So you will be top 10 soon, right? Yeah. And we're going to get some lights out here too. So there really will be no excuses. It's like, oh, it's dark outside. You're playing all night. Yeah. No, exactly. Neighbors might be a little. My neighbors are going to hate me, but it's fine. That's what it is.
[00:07:02] They'll love you or they'll be here. Yeah. Or I'll just let them come play on the court. Yeah. Give them some lessons. Once you get them going, you know what's going to happen, right? That's true. They're hooked. Yeah. They're the ones that are going to crawl over your fence though and start playing on your court. In the middle of the night, right? Yeah. And that's what's fun as a tennis player too. Like when I play with people who, like I have a neighbor who plays all the time, but like I can still beat him because I had the tennis expertise, right? Nice. Because you just know how to read the court better. Oh yeah. So it's like, I know how to read the court so well that it's like, oh, how did you know to go there? I'm like, because it's like a tennis thing.
[00:07:32] Like I know how to cover the court and like with volleying. I love being at the net and pickleball. Like it's really fun. Oh yeah. Yeah. Hopefully they're putting the net up right now. We're going to hit some balls here soon. Yeah. We're ready. I'm rusty. Be nice to me. I'm a beginner. She's a 2.0. I'm going senior pro. Oh, I love it. Yeah. I'm heading there. I've got some competition right now. Oh, you got it. We're ready. I'm, you know, I'll get lucky on one or two shots. Maybe. Hey, I'm probably, you're probably making yourself seem like you're not as good. Then you're going to come out and love her.
[00:08:02] I forgot. Right? That's what you do. It's like the way she gets in our head. Yep. I'll be staring. I love it. So you've done some tournaments though in pickleball, haven't you? No. No, you haven't done it? Oh, I thought that said. My sister did. Oh, that's. My sister played some, a couple of pro tournaments, made it through a couple of rounds, but I don't know if she's played a ton since then, but she's like, once you're done having your baby, let's go play. Oh yeah. I think she doesn't want someone to play with, but they're in California. But I went, okay, I'll travel to you if we need to. Like, we'll make some plays. But you're going to scare her. Cause she's going to be like, how'd you get so good?
[00:08:32] Well, let's see. She's actually really good. Like she, so I'm, I feel like we would be a good combo. Cause she's really good in the baseline. She can hit it so hard. Like she's a lefty too. Which has an advantage. Wow. And then I'm pretty good at the net. Like I like to move a lot at the net and that's how I was in tennis with doubles. Like I was a net player. So like, I feel like we'd be a good combo cause she doesn't really like the net, but I do. But the net is where you win. Exactly. I don't care how you can, you do. You got to play the net. You have to. You want to be good. That's where you play. That's what I love when new tennis players come in.
[00:09:02] Cause they want to play that back. I'm going to love it. I'm going to keep you back until you move and you're done. Yeah. No, I feel like the net, it's just like more fun though. It is. It's where the action is. It really is. Yeah. You get a little scared at the net. I'm trying though. Yeah. I mean, it's intimidating at first too. Yeah. Like used to it, but I, I mean, I probably got not used to it now, but like, I don't know, once I start playing, it's where I want to be. It's like right in the front. It's more fun. That's a smart place to be. Yeah. Yeah. And the ball moves slow enough that like, if I got past, like, I think your partner can be able to run and get it. Oh yeah. I hope so.
[00:09:31] At least Jacob better go do it. Oh yeah. Well, how fun as a family too, the kids, this is a great thing for them. Oh yeah. High hand coordination. I mean, they're going to love it. Oh, for sure. They say that like hand-eye coordination sports are the best sports like for your brain health too. It is. Definitely. I've got a lot smarter over the four years I've been playing. Yeah. Four years ago. So I can't tell. Yeah. It's so fun. Well, fun. Well, that's it. We want to play or, you know, get you out on there.
[00:10:00] They're putting the net together right now. So, hey. Let's do it. Okay. It's going to be hot. We better say hi to you. Yeah. I'm sure you have paddles, right? We have paddles too. I have like two nicer ones. And then I obviously have like crappy ones that have been given to me and stuff. But I have like the ones that I bought and the ones that have like been sent over the years. Nice. But yeah. So we're ready. Yeah. Well, as soon as they get this together, we're going to be playing some pickleball. Let's do it. I can't wait. I haven't played in like seriously. Okay. Well, I did say I played one time when I was nine months pregnant because I was wearing
[00:10:29] Birkenstocks and I was nine months pregnant and I was at my neighbor's house and they're like all playing that. Just play one round. I was like, I am about to give birth, but I'm so competitive. It was like, fine. Just one. So we're wearing sandals too. And I'm like, I don't want to fall, but I just kind of stayed at the net. We won. Okay. There you go. We'll see. I bet you. It's just the hand-eye coordination I've got going on. That's pretty much. Oh yeah. Tennis. Well, being, you know, you're a good tennis player. This is going to be easy. I put my tennis shoes on. They came out of retirement. So here we go. These tennis shoes are the same ones I had since my senior year of college.
[00:10:59] So they're lucky tennis shoes, right? I don't know. I just have never bought a new pair because I haven't done like anything crazy athletic since like college athletics. Right? You know what's going to happen now. All the gear. Oh, I'm afraid it may be an addiction. It is. It'll be like, cause I think it's fun to have hobbies. And I feel like pickleball, at least for me, my husband like has become like a new hobby, you know? Oh yeah. I think it's like important to have that as an adult and have like little things that you like to do outside of work. And together. And to be stressed. Yes. You know? Although we do play together. I mean to him. So I mean.
[00:11:29] You got to give him a few body bags if he's bad. Right? But then he plays against me and he'll be like so good. And he plays with me and I'm like, why are you missing? I'm like, what are you doing? Like I like, that's why it's, yeah. I love it. You know, we'll see. We'll see what happens. Sometimes it isn't good to play on the same team. I know. But if he hits me when I play against him, I'm like, you better watch out. Oh, that's coming. And he tries, but usually he doesn't succeed. Have you hit him? Have you done a body bag on him? Oh, I'm just saying. Because I'm sure you're, yeah, you like aim and you're there. I'll go at him. Yeah. It's a pickleball.
[00:11:59] Yeah. You'll be okay. You'll be okay. I hit people. Not on purpose, to be honest. There's times where I just want to see what their reflexes are. If you're there. If you're there. But I try not to hit people, but unless it's guys. I try. I don't try to hit the girls. Yeah. I play competitively. I mean, I may be. Yeah. I think so. In tennis sometimes, like, whoop, lost the mic. But in tennis, sometimes I would, like in college tennis. In doubles, sometimes the first point, I would go as hard as I can down the line. Not to hit them, but just to keep them on their toes. Like, oh, I need to be ready.
[00:12:28] You know, like they're going to come after me. So it's kind of a thing I'd do for like intimidation back in tennis. So I don't do in pickleball because I'm not as confident yet. You will. But like, once we get there. Oh yeah, you will. Watch out. Watch out for those. That's really what it is. That's really what it is. Yeah. It's just fun. I don't know. I'm excited to have this court and just learn like new strategies and, you know, start getting better. Yeah. It should just be so fun. Oh, I don't. I think you're going to get really well. I hope so. You guys, hopefully in a year from now, I'm on the pro, is it pro pickleball tour? What is that? Yeah. PBA. Yeah.
[00:12:58] PBA. Whatever it is. You'll be there. Yeah. Let's do it. I'll be there. I love it. Yep. We'll be there too. And I better win, so yeah. Or you'll be back at the court. Yeah. I'll be back practicing all night with my lights on until 4am. Just kidding. You gotta come in for dinner. No. I like this. The pickleball is life, babe. It is an addicting sport. Yeah. I don't care. Well, it's fun. It is fun. And you need great people, you know? Yeah. A lot of friends. Brings people together too. Oh yeah. No, for sure. The pickleball courts are always full.
[00:13:29] Like here in California when I go, they're always full and you have to like put your paddle in and wait your turn. I'm like dang. Oh, here. You have them all over here too. Yeah. Every corner here, there's a pickleball corner. And kids on it. It's great. Yeah. I think that's why tennis players are mad because it's like the tennis courts are getting taken over. They are. It's like, obviously it's still a big sport, but it's like pickleball is kind of taking over and I wouldn't be surprised if it turns into a D1 sport. It really is. It really is. It's heading there. Yeah. Maybe I should just have my kids play pickleball. It's honestly a lot easier than tennis.
[00:13:58] So I mean, like, we got, we got nine. We're sponsoring nine year olds and 10 year olds that are five to six point six point really good. Yeah. Stuff on TikTok. And I was like, if I went to a tournament and lost like a 12 year old, I like want to die. Oh, we just, we just did a tournament and these two little boys, not 10 and 11, 9 and 11. 9 and 11. And they went on, they had to play the man's. There was no kids. And they won the tournament and beat all these guys. Imagine going home telling you, well, how'd you turn it? Well, uh, I lost to a 12 year old. Yeah. That would be humbling. It is.
[00:14:28] It is really humbling. That's why I'm like, let's make this a fun sport. I'm like, I'll make it competitive. Until you're competitive. Then you're like, it's when it becomes a job sometimes because I'm so competitive and I hate losing. Oh, I could bet. I can see this. When I'm playing around, don't care if we lose or whatever, but it's like, that wasn't a tournament. It's on. I bet it's on. It's on baby. That's awesome. Yeah. Well, thank you so much. We sure appreciate you coming on. Yeah. We want to follow up with you. So we're going to follow up. Yeah. Do it. Maybe here in a few minutes, we'll get to hit some balls with you. Yeah. Yes. Let's do it.
[00:14:58] We would love to. Yeah. Don't worry. I'm coming out of my body bag. Oh, anyway. So I'm like going to be a little. You got to be careful. That's all right. That's all right. I came back into it. This was my first physical activity. Awesome. I love it. It'll be fun. Well, we thank you so much. Thank you. Nice to meet you. And like I said, we can't wait to play with you in a few minutes. Yes. Let's do it. All right. Thank you. Bye bye. Hi guys.
[00:15:24] We're here with Lexi and she's representing USA Pickleball. She's the videographer and she's the one that's going to be interviewing Macy Neely. We were here with Mike right here beside me and Chris Anna. We just adore you, Lexi. So tell us how's your day going with this? It's been so amazing. It's been surreal being out here. I look up to Macy so much just being a content creator and working in the social media field for sure.
[00:15:53] And it's awesome getting to mix that with USA Pickleball. I'm new to the pickleball world, but it's been super fun to learn. I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near a pro, but I would love to get better. And it's. Oh, you can't help it. Once you are in pickleball, you can't get out of pickleball. Yeah. So even if you try, you're not going to be able to, but she is awesome. She's been here. We were just put a court at her house at Macy's house and she's been one of our helpers. Thank goodness. She was here. Lexi. Yeah. Thank you so much.
[00:16:22] It's really hot out here and we're like all dying, but you're just, you just stepped right in. Yesterday she was getting us water. She's helping us grab things, pull things. Well, I feel bad. I can't just be on the side filming and stuff. You were great. Yeah. And I'm going to be famous now because of her. Yes. I think I've got more film on myself than I've ever got in my life. She got your like sexy moves over there that you always try to put out. I don't know what you would call those, but there was something. Famous. Pickleball talk. Yes. We'll call it. Yeah. I like it. I like it.
[00:16:51] I like it. I got some of those moves off the show. You have the sprinkler. Yeah. We still want you here though. You know, we don't want you to leave after you see those. Yeah. You can help me with Pickleball and I'll help show you the TikTok dance. I like it. I like it. I like it. Yeah. This is exciting. We're all the way from here from Colorado. This is Utah, right? Salt Lake. This is Salt Lake. We're in. We're close. Yeah. We're in Utah. I get it mixed up. We're by the Salt Lake. Yeah. We're by the lake, which I heard it's dehydrating, right? Yes.
[00:17:21] It is dehydrating. So do you know that Salt Lake is like a. I hear. I think it's actually. What is it? It's not even hardly there anymore. Yeah. Like it's. It's really down. Need some hydration. Guys. I don't know. I heard a few years ago that Salt Lake was going to flood like actual Salt Lake City. And then sometimes I hear that it's dehydrated. So I'm not the person to ask. Maybe someone. Maybe one of our sponsors dropped some holy in it and it hydrated. Right? It could be. Holy is one of our sponsors. Actually, we love them. They. Hydrate us.
[00:17:51] Yeah. They are good when you're playing pickleball. So yes, they do hydrate in game and after game. I've been teasing her because she said that the lake's going down and it's the Salt Lake. And I said, well, it's probably dehydrating. There you go. So there's our joke. Sorry. We were. Ta-da. You're really good there, Mike. I know. I'm sorry. I've been in the sun for two days. Yeah. I have fried my brain. I really am. Thank you. You acknowledge that. I am as well. I'm in question.
[00:18:21] I'm telling you. I was telling her we just did a podcast with Macy and I said, did I talk? Yes. Was I here? You did really good. Well, thank you. Yeah, you did good. Thank you. I mean, you've been doing this longer than me. You did. So. Sorry. We get off on rants. Oh my gosh. So tell us, what are you, what's your goals? What do you plan on doing after this? What are you thinking? I love being with USA Pickleball. I'm excited to come and help for the Nationals in San Diego. Oh yeah. I love California. I really love to travel.
[00:18:50] So any opportunity to travel and do social media, I'm right on board to take it. So I'd love to just continue in that, continue in sports, especially pickleball. Yes. You got it. We can't wait. Yeah. We're hoping to see you in Nationals. We're hoping to meet you there. Yeah. We're hoping we're going to go. Yeah. I love that. Oh, and then maybe get her to Colorado. Yeah. Yeah. Colorado. We've been teasing her. You may end up being there. Oh. Once you go to Colorado, you'll be there. I know. I'm afraid to go because I'm afraid I'll have to. It's gorgeous. I'll have to move. Yeah.
[00:19:17] This is beautiful here, but we just have a different beautiful. Yeah. I don't know how to explain it. Okay. Yeah. This is more like painted beautiful and there it's more natural beautiful. Yeah. Is that a good way of saying it? Because you've been complaining about it the whole time. What was I complaining? No. Oh, God. I really like Colorado. I just think it's just a pretty place. Just mountains, you know. She was just saying how the houses are really actually like all the same color everywhere. Here. Is there like only like three or four colors that they use everywhere?
[00:19:47] Yeah. Black and white. Yes, or tan. Yeah. And they put them up very fast. There's... Yeah. I mean, it's growing. This is crazy here. Wow. And the traffic. I'm like, we're in Utah and we got this traffic. Yeah. The traffic's pretty bad. I try not to drive anywhere after a rush hour. So... But I would love to get out in Colorado. I love Utah. I don't know if you guys feel the same, but I often forget that the mountains exist and I'll go... I'm originally from Chicago, so I'll go back home and come back here and I'm like, oh my gosh, have these always been here? You just really get used to it.
[00:20:16] Well, and when you go to Colorado, everybody knows when you want to go west, you go to the mountains. Now we have to go east here. So we're looking west, but there's no mountains. So it's really strange for us. Yeah. Yeah. A little weird. Like pretty much it's on the other side of these mountains. Pretty much. I love it. Which side they're like. I don't know. Now you guys see both sides. It's really beautiful though. And people are nice too. We get a lot of waves. Yeah. She says, was somebody just waving at you? I said, yeah. I said, people are nice. Yeah. The locals love Utah. They love people visiting too. They do.
[00:20:46] It is. Everybody's nice. We went to dinner last night at a place and it was super nice. Everybody's been nice. It's been really nice. Yeah. I do love Utah too. It's very active and pickleball is growing crazy out here, but also in skiing and just all the outdoor sports. I understand why Macy wanted this court too, because he just loves to be outside. I think we're the second sunniest state. So people are just. It's warm though. Yeah. Yesterday, I'm telling you, I know it was only like 85, but it felt like 200 degrees. No, it was hot. It was hot. But I'm on concrete too.
[00:21:14] I guess that no shade concrete. And then even the court is a little dark there, right there, you know, so the heat. But again, you helped us today and thank you so much. Of course. Of course. If you, you know, you need a court put up, just call Lacey. She is, you'll be right here. I'm not Lacey. Lacey. Listen, the sun has baked my brain. Just call Lexi. Lexi. I'm mixing everybody's names. L-E-X-I. L-E-X-I. L-E-X-I. I like it. I like it. Yeah. So what else? And so where do you play pickleball out here when you get to play?
[00:21:43] I usually play in just the neighborhood courts. Oh yeah. That's all I really got into experience so far, but I would love to join one of these Pickler memberships. Oh my gosh. Yeah. You need to go try it. Pickler is really awesome. When you go into a Pickler, you'll never go back to an outside court. Definitely. We do a lot with Pickler and they're gorgeous, gorgeous courts. Because they're outside courts, but inside. Inside. Yeah. Basically they bounce the same if you play outside, but they're beautiful. Wait till you see it. It's all black. It's really nice.
[00:22:13] Yeah. I think the number one thing with post-grad is I've learned is because you're used to being in such like a busy environment and then you go to post-grad and you're like, well, what do I do with my weekends? And I feel like the number one thing I've been trying to do is find new hobbies. So I've been getting like Pilates memberships and I'll just paint and stuff. So I think pickleball is such a good membership, especially for people trying to find things to do post-grad. Well, and what's neat with them too, is they do classes. So we are membership. You get classes, trainings, open plays. You'll love it. That's awesome.
[00:22:42] You'll meet some great people too. We meet so many great people there. Amazing. I'll check it out. Well, thank you for being on our podcast and helping us all weekend. Oh my gosh. We really appreciate you. Of course. My first podcast. You were a dream. You were so awesome. You did so good. You do good on this too. You guys are amazing. Thank you. Thank you. Hey guys, we're here with Mike Paze and we got good old Scott from Pickleball Management Group. Hey, how are you? You kind of tricked us. Yeah.
[00:23:11] Doing pretty well. It's been a long two days. It has been a long. A lot of work, but it's been worth it. Yeah. Yeah. So what have you been doing? We've been installing a brand new rollout pickleball court. We have several different types of courts in our line. This happens to be an acrylic court for, especially for outdoor use. It's heavy duty. I'm just got, he got me here. He said, Oh, we want to do a podcast and we can help me a little bit. He tricked me. Yeah.
[00:23:40] I think you played great. You really played well. I couldn't have been more pleased. It's fun. I didn't see one dead spot. I didn't see any skidding at all. And thanks to Mike and Crisanna for helping me install this. And Lexi, right? Yes. And Lexi, of course, is great. Yeah. So yeah, this, this is a nice court. I mean, this is really nice. Heavy duty. It's fun playing on it. I mean, we taped it, but you don't need to tape it because once it's down, you can't move it. No, it's not going anywhere. And the net too. This net he has on here.
[00:24:10] This is pro level net. Heavy duty net. And speaking of Lexi, just really want to thank USA pickleball for making all of this possible. Yes. Thank you. Dream. Dream. They brought us into it and Lexi came and documented everything and did a lot more manual labor than I think she was planning on doing. I think so. It really helped out. You're a tough cookie, Lexi. Thank you. You're a pickleball. Yes. Thank you so much. Great partners, great people, and a great future ahead.
[00:24:39] And we look forward to being with them for a long time. And we had some fun playing here at Macy's house. We were playing with Macy. Yeah. She's a player. Awesome. Awesome. Yeah. You don't want her double backhand. Right? That's right. Stay away from that backhand. I gave her the boom stick too and she was booming it. She was. Yeah. You guys were not messing her out. You guys were in trouble. Yeah. So yeah, and I got to play with her course. We were perfect partners because we took you to 11-0. I don't know. I think I was probably her first perfect partner here. You did okay.
[00:25:09] I think I did good. You did okay. Yeah. I mean, considering I'm like a beginner here, right? Yeah. Yeah. But thank you, Scott. This was awesome. So if any of you who are watching are interested in a rollout court, we can basically put a court anywhere. This happens to be on brand new concrete, which was nice. We can do it on asphalt. We can do it on wood. We also have a special decking product called Pickle Deck. We could actually put it on grass like this or turf, compacted dirt, sand.
[00:25:38] It's great for backyards. It's great for courts that are already cracked up. We can go right over the top of it. So if you're interested, please look us up, www.pickleballmanagement.com. Also, you can find out more by listening in to one of the podcasts that I've got. Thank you. Yes. Pickleballersnextdoor.com. I think it was like episode number 21 or something like that. Yeah. He's back. Look me up. You'll find out a lot more details. And thank you, Mike and Chris, Anna, for making this happen.
[00:26:07] Thank you. And inviting me to be on your podcast. You're welcome. I want to add one more thing to listeners. You can also, the colors, you can do any color that you like. That's right. And you can put any kind of logos and stuff that you want on it too. That's right. So I think that's neat. This court, I love the color. Her background was tennis. So she likes that tennis background kind of color look. That's right. You can do pink, black. You can put your logos. You can put your name on it. You can have it personalized. Right. So I think there's so much you can do with this court. Yeah.
[00:26:35] And it really is, it's, you know, once you get this, you have the surface, it's not hard to put in. Yep. So. Yeah. This was a little special because we had some confines and corners and so on to deal with. But you're right, Mike. I mean, you can do any colors, any logos. This one happens to have the USA pickleball logo and our rollout pickleball court logo on it as well. Nice. Well, I think let's say they actually were talking to Macy. They're not, they're not going to be here for a few more years. They're going to leave. They're going to sell their house.
[00:27:05] They can roll this court up and it goes right to the next house. I didn't know that. That's beautiful. Yeah. We were taught, we had her on the podcast a few minutes ago. Okay. And she said, they're going to sell, but what's neat with this, if you would have painted the court down, she gets to take this court with her. So this actually goes to our next house. I don't know. They may want to sell it because they, it may be worth a lot more with this. With a pickleball court. This house. Right? It's beautiful. Well, thank you, Scott. Again, it's always awesome. Thank you. We're so glad to be part of you and you're part helping us too. So thank you. If you're ever in Denver too, come by.
[00:27:36] Mike and Chris Anna's office. And Greg. It happens to be our showroom. Yep. And we've got a court there. We've got Annette and Greg as well. Yep. Shout out to Greg. Yeah. We miss you, Greg. Traveling somewhere around the world. Playing pickleball somewhere. He is. He always does, right? He does. All right, guys. Thank you so much. Thank you. Can't wait to, we'll give you a follow up date here. Probably we'll come back here in a few months. No, it's a road trip. Yep. Road trip. Are we there yet? Thank you.
[00:28:06] I just want to say thank you to a sweet sip for supporting the podcast. A sweet sip is a very delicious CBD drink, non-alcoholic for great flavors. It helps me take the edge off when I'm going to play in a pickleball tournament. And if you want to get some, check them out at drink a sweet sip.com. We'll be right back. We'll be right back.
